To Whom It May Concern: 

 In the summer of 2003, C-Cat Communications completed the structured cabling for Orchard Park Elementary School and Smoky Row Elementary School.  Both schools are located in the Carmel Clay School District.  Both schools required removal of existing wiring and one building required the relocation of the main distribution frame including the telephone switch.  C-Cat did a very good job in both buildings.  They followed our specifications to the letter and completed the work in a timely fashion.  They also went above and beyond to find solutions to problems that arose during the project.  Mark Land and C-Cat are excellent.  I am pleased to recommend them.
