Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. That is why we offer only top-quality products, and offer this simple return policy to you. Please note that all products sold new, except where noted.

If you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

•Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
•Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
•Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
•A 20% restock fee may apply.
•Customer to pay return shipping.
•Item(s) must be returned in original condition.
If your package arrives damaged, please have the driver note the condition before they leave. Check the contents, and if damaged, contact the shipping company and start a claim. Contact us immediately for further support.

If your item has been misrepresented or described improperly –contact us immediately and we’ll take appropriate action.

If there is a need for a return, log on to your account and click the “Returns” icon.  We will issue you an RMA for the return.
