Kristi is both owner and hands-on manager of C-CAT. Prior to starting C-CAT, Kristi worked for a large communications company and
took away first-hand knowledge of the pros and cons of working in a corporate culture. With over 15-years’ experience, Kristi has played
all major roles and has a unique understanding of each aspect of the cabling business. This experience also includes working-knowledge of
the nuances associated with federal government contracting and GSA schedules.
Over the years Kristi has put together a team of professionals
with a work-ethic and dedication to excellence that mirrors her own.
Well-known and respected by her peers in the industry, Kristi has earned C-CAT a solid reputation for honesty and integrity. Kristi, a
life-long Hoosier, enjoys reading and boating in her leisure time.
Denise Pennington
Office Coordinator

Denise has been a part of the C-CAT Team since 2007. She is an integral part of C-CAT’s daily operations. One of her many important duties is to assemble all final documentation on our projects. Denise is a master at manufacturer’s warranty processes as well as Linkware. Denise was born and raised on the Westside of Indianapolis and enjoys spending time with her nieces.
Mark Land

Mark has almost 20 years' experience in low-voltage cabling services. Mark began his career as a cable installer right out of high school and worked during college breaks. Following school he became a full time tech, and then moved up the ranks to the positions of Project Supervisor, Phone System Technician and Project Estimator/Sales. As Vice President of Business Development, one of Marks primary functions is working directly with the various customers to help guarantee their total satisfaction in their C-CAT experience. Mark has worked in great detail with GSA, Census Bureau, and the VA to name just a few. He has aided with the overall design, implementations, and follow up for numerous government projects. In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Angela, daughters Alyssa and Avery and son Reece. Hobbies include cooking, watching football and coaching basketball.
Bill Reid
Sales Engineer

Bill has been in the electronics and
structured cabling industry for 40 years. He spent 22 years with
Belden Cable in sales, marketing, manufacturing engineering and
design engineering. After leaving Belden, Bill spent fourteen years
in distribution and manufacturer sales specializing in structured
cabling. Many of the industry’s installation techs throughout
Indiana and Kentucky were trained by Bill on copper termination and
testing as well as on fiber optic termination and testing. Joining
C-Cat in 2010, Bill brought six years experience in structured
cabling design and estimating to the company.
Bill has been a BICSI Registered RCDD since 1998 and he graduated
from Memphis State University in 1972. Bill is a licensed private
pilot, is an amateur radio operator (call sign KE9GS) and is a
computer enthusiast. Bill, his wife, Maureen, and their two
daughters live in the Castleton area of Indianapolis.
Jake Nierman
Project Supervisor

Jake has over 15 years experience in the cabling field. Jake started out as a cable technician and excelled at terminations. Jake was quickly promoted to a Project Supervisor. C-CAT regularly receives letters praising Jake’s work, especially his telecommunication closet installations. Jake is a BICSI Certified Technician as well as holds many cable manufacturer’s certifications. Jake is an avid pool player.
Kaley Gregg
Operations Coordinator

Kaley started working for C-CAT in 2006 while still in college at Purdue University as a cable technician. Within two years Kaley was promoted to a Project Supervisor and just recently has been moved to an Operations Coordinator position. Kaley is a BICSI Certified Technician, Allworx Certified Technician as well as holds many cable manufacturer’s certifications. Kaley is the owner of the cutest dog in the world, Murphy, and she is (still) a huge Purdue and Colt’s Football fan.
C-CAT is a HUBZone Certified Small Business by the SBA, an Indiana certified WBE and DBE, as well as holds a GSA IT Schedule 70.
